In these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we," "us," or "our" refer to Shorelines Casino Kawartha Downs, a regulated land-based casino located within the Kawartha Downs complex in Ontario. The term "you" refers to any individual who uses our services.

2. LICENSE TO USE OUR SERVICES

By accessing and using our facilities, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to deny access or remove your account if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

To participate in gaming activities at our casino, you must be 19 years of age or older. You are required to provide valid government-issued identification to verify your age.

4. RESIDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Our services are intended for use by individuals who reside within Ontario. We reserve the right to restrict access to our facilities and services if we have reason to believe that you do not meet this requirement.

5. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

You agree to play responsibly, set limits on your gaming activities, and seek assistance from us or regulatory authorities if you experience any negative effects of gaming.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

We prohibit the use of our facilities for any purpose that is contrary to law or public order. You are not permitted to engage in any behavior that may be detrimental to other players or staff, including but not limited to, betting on behalf of others, promoting gambling activities to minors, or using inside information.

7. RIGHTS TO MONITOR AND MODIFY

We reserve the right to monitor and modify our facilities, services, rules, and regulations at any time without prior notice.

8. PROPERTY OF SHORELINES CASINO KAWARTHA DOWNS

All intellectual property rights related to our brand, logo, name, and materials are owned by us and may not be used or reproduced in whole or part without written permission from us.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of your use of our services except where such losses arise due to gross negligence on the part of our staff or direct breach of applicable law.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with those laws and any necessary court procedures will govern such resolution.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute your entire agreement with us regarding use of our services. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings between you and us, including but not limited to, terms on the website or marketing materials provided by us.

12. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. If we terminate your access to our services due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, you agree that such termination is fair and reasonable in all circumstances.
